All products sold by Risen By Design are digital and delivered electronically.
Upon purchase, you will receive access to:

* Demo page designs
* Any included bonuses or resources (if applicable)
No physical product will be shipped.
3. LICENSE & USAGE
When you purchase a template, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or business use.
You may:
* Use the template for your own business
* Customize the design to fit your brand
* Use it on one (1) website per purchase
You may NOT:
* Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template
* Share the template with others
* Use the template for multiple clients without purchasing additional licenses
* Claim the design as your own original work
4. PLATFORM REQUIREMENT
Our templates are designed exclusively for the Showit platform.
You acknowledge that:
* A separate Showit subscription is required
* We are not responsible for platform changes, pricing, or service interruptions
5. PAYMENT & PRICING
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to:
* Modify pricing at any time
* Offer promotions or discounts at our discretion
Payment must be completed in full before access to products is granted.
6. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Risen By Design shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

We provide limited support for product-related questions.
Support includes:

* Basic setup guidance
Support does NOT include:
* Custom design work
* Full website setup
* Advanced troubleshooting outside the template
